In support of the software we sell, brig provides both on-site and classroom training. Through a review of your current system we develop and implement a conversion plan to meet your specific needs. Through our follow-up calls you will be informed of any upgrades or productivity improvements.
Post-implementation technical support is available by telephone, on site or over the web using DesktopStreaming.
Brig can tailor annual and/or hourly support contracts on the applications we represent to suit your particular requirements.
