Janet Viirre, Principal

With a degree in Math & Business Information Systems, Janet understands the complexities of blending business finance with information systems.  Through her 20 years of experience implementing financial management processes for a vast array of businesses & corporations, Janet has developed a unique ability to uncover inefficiencies in businesses and works collaboratively with clients to turn these into efficient processes.  Guiding clients through the implementation of leading edge technology, she provides training and coaching so clients become comfortable with the programs and therefore, gain confidence when addressing the task and work more effectively to meet daily goals and positive bottom-line results.

A co-founder and principle of Blue Ridge Information Group (brig), Janet has helped expanded the Brig’s products and services from implementing financial technology to coaching management in business efficiencies.  In working with clients on their financial and technological processes, she realized the increasing importance of communication and face to face relationships as employees spend more time locked in secluded relationships with technology.  Through her own retraining as a Coach and Licensed Facilitator for The Coaching Clinic in 2007, she now offers deeper insights to the challenges that plague business relationships at a broader level.   Merging her technological and business acumen with an innate ability to understand challenges in business relationships, Janet expands Blue Ridge Information Group’s capacity to assist companies through challenging times.

An active parent, partner and seasoned traveler, Janet strives to complete her own daily tasks so she can enjoy her leisure time.  She continues to expand her training and knowledge in multiple ways and is a founding partner of Beyond Possibility, a global partnership of CoachU graduates and Licensed Facilitators, that offers a broad range of personalities and coaching styles.
